Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 7-15 business days, and should arrive within 10-30 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for rates and options.

International shipping is available at an additional cost. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to their order.

Return:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eleganzia. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all our items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with a description and photo of the damage. We will work with you to either issue a replacement or provide a refund.

Please note that custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged. Additionally, earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@eleganziaa.com to receive a return authorization number. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested.
