We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eleganzia. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all our jewelry items. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with a description and photo of the damage. We will work with you to either issue a replacement or provide a refund.

Please note that custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged. Additionally, earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. We will issue the refund to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested.
